Another Covenant not to Sue

Matthew Knecht, Certified Professional 0105, recently secured another Covenant Not to Sue (CNS) for a client’s site in Cleveland. The property has a long industrial history, having operated as a landing gear and plating facility since the 1960s. Prior to that, it served as a motor oil canning facility for Standard Oil.

With the CNS in place, the site is now positioned for redevelopment, with plans to convert it into a warehouse. This milestone helps clear environmental liability concerns and supports the property’s transition to a new, productive use.
