Environmental Scientist – Phase I & II Specialist
Join our team as a key advocate for our clients' real estate and redevelopment goals. You’ll be responsible for conducting thorough site investigations and helping clients navigate the "due diligence" phase of their projects with confidence. You’ll collaborate directly with our VAP Certified Professionals and Geologists, gaining exposure to complex site remediation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience specifically conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA).
- Strong technical writing skills for report generation.
- 40-hour OSHA HazWOPER training (Preferred)
